Processing Time

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes for US orders are covered by Bach Bone. This means there are no additional fees upon delivery, and your order will arrive without any unexpected charges.

Returns

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date the package is delivered to you, based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives defective or damaged, Bach Bone will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
